Service Experience Map
This project analyzes the journey of ordering coffee by two different perspectives at the IUPUI Campus Center. The researched personas include a person with a disability and a college student. Through the map, audiences can see the problems and possible solutions through visuals, comparisons, and timed recordings.
Before creating the map, data was collected and a walk through of the physical space was completed. The experience map includes an environmental layout, three-dimensional mockup, persona quotes, a timed map, technical drawings, and designer solutions. The designer solutions were created to solve the problems a person with disability faces while engaging with this specific service experience.
